  • All notices from First Flight Lures to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to First Flight Lures shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:

  • Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to First Flight Lures five (5) days after the date sent.



  • Any merchandise sold by First Flight Lures that contains a fishing hook will be extremely sharp and hazardous.  Be careful when handling any and all products containing any type of hook.  Liability for ANY injury caused by any product purchased from First Flight Lures passes to the consumer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  In the case of a local pick up, the liability for ANY injury caused by any product purchased from First Flight Lures will pass to the consumer as soon as the consumer receives the merchandise.  AT NO POINT CAN FIRST FLIGHT LURES BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR LARGE, CAUSED BY ANY PRODUCT SOLD OR MANUFACTURED BY FIRST FLIGHT LURES.

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. First Flight Lures reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.  For refunds, please send us an e-mail listing the issue and we will respond promptly.  Cash or credit refunds are not available at this time.  However, we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction through product exchange.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, TAX, & INTERNATIONAL

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, First Flight Lures ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands. Currently we do not ship outside the United States. All orders are processed in the order they are received.  Due to the fact that we are an OEM Manufacturer, meaning all products are produced only AFTER an order is placed, shipping times will vary from 2 to 12 business days, depending on workload.

    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site shall pass to you, the buyer, when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Sales Tax

  • First Flight Lures charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate from where the items are made, Rocky Point, NC sales tax 6.75%

  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Currently we do not ship international.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. First Flight Lures is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. 

  • Shipping with the United States Postal Service is the preferred method of international shipping.  Depending on the shipping option you choose, there may or may NOT be tracking information.  Please be sure to choose the shipping option you prefer as the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site shall pass to you, the buyer, when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
